MyBinding.com, a division of Information Management Services, hires Portland Community College graduate Jennie Cotner to work on their marketing team

HILLSBORO, OR, May 6, 2011 – MyBinding.com, one of the country's leading Internet retailers of document finishing machines and supplies, have announced they have hired a new graphic designer/marketing assistant. The new employee, Jennie Cotner, joined the company in late April.

“We're very happy to have Jennie on-board with us,” said Jeff McRitchie, Vice-President of Marketing for MyBinding.com. “She's very talented and is a real asset to our team.”

Cotner joins MyBinding.com after earning an Associate's Design in Graphic Design from Portland Community College in 2010. She previously worked in retail and did freelance design work for the Pacific Printing Industries Association, a trade organization that represents graphic companies in western states such as Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii. Her duties at MyBinding.com include creating graphical content for the company's website as well as updating the site's product database.

“I'm really happy to be working at MyBinding.com,” said Cotner, who listed working with McRitchie as one of the highlights of her new position. “We see eye-to-eye on what constitutes good design and that makes the job really enjoyable.”

Cotner is the latest addition to McRitchie's marketing team which is comprised of 10 people. MyBinding.com recently hired its 50th employee and has also expanded its sale force into new territories, specifically Idaho and Utah. McRitchie said that the company's continuing success owes a lot to the caliber of their employees.

“We're feeling extremely positive about our company's future and much of that is due to our great employees,” said McRitchie. “We have some extremely talented people working for us and we're all the better because of it.”
