MyBinding.com Adds Oregon Graduate Michael Tomlinson to a New Inside Sales Team

MyBinding.com, a rapidly growing Inc. 5000 company, adds a University of Oregon graduate to their increasing staff.

HILLSBORO, OR, March 30, 2012 – MyBinding.com, one of the nation's leading Internet retailers of document finishing equipment and supplies, recently added Michael Tomlinson to their new Inside Sales team.

Hailing from East Portland, Tomlinson started at MyBinding.com in the end of December working in customer service. However, when this new opportunity arose, he embraced the chance for a new challenge and switched to the Inside Sales Team.

"I'm excited for the opportunity to be a part of something new," said Tomlinson, when asked what drew him to the position. "It's great to be a part of the inaugural team."

Tomlinson, along with three others on his team, are part of a start-up department of Inside Sales. Together with their manager John Whitted, they are working to fulfill the needs of customers across the country. Each sales representative is assigned a territory to contact, looking to form new business partnerships. The team members have vast product knowledge and great conversational skills, as well as individual strengths.

"Michael is excellent at finding out what the customer needs," said Whitted. "He spends time talking with them and asks the right questions. This helps him to provide tailored products for each client."

MyBinding.com has a history of success in many of their marketing endeavors. They provide a large amount of valuable content, create helpful videos, write a daily blog, and do countless other tasks to spread their name. This new sales tactic is designed to expand their varied marketing efforts by getting their name out even further.

"Inside sales is a diverse team of people with varied sales experience across different industries," said Whitted when describing his employees. "Michael and the others are working hard to get our name out nationally and across vertical markets."
