Hillsboro-Based Retailer MyBinding.com Supports Local New Life Christian School

MyBinding.com helps out local New Life Christian School with a donation of laminating film.

HILLSBORO, OR, April 10, 2012 – MyBinding.com, one of the country's leading retailers of document finishing machines and supplies, is supporting a local preschool and kindergarten. New Life Christian School in Hillsboro, Oregon, excitedly received several rolls of laminating film to go with their new school laminator.

"We are always looking for new businesses to partner with," said Jeff McRitchie, VP of Marketing for MyBinding.com. "Local businesses are in the same boat as we are, so we like to help them out when we can."

New Life Christian School (NLCS) has been planning for a new laminator for several months. After burning out two smaller ones while having to pay for larger projects to be laminated elsewhere, they decided to invest in a higher quality device. However, a larger machine to better accommodate their needs and last for many years comes with a higher price tag. After holding a successful silent auction to raise funds, they turned to MyBinding.com to purchase a brand new school laminator.

"We were referred to MyBinding.com and were pleasantly surprised at their prices," said Michelle Lute, Director of New Life Christian School. "We try to support local businesses when possible."

MyBinding.com employs a parent of a student at New Life, who inquired if the company would be willing to make a donation. Like NLCS, MyBinding also supports local businesses. They offered to donate several rolls of laminating film to go with the school's purchase of the new laminator.

"We are so grateful for our many local supporters," said Lute. "The donation from MyBinding.com will allow us to spend the extra money on other needed supplies, such as new dolls and clothes for them."

New Life Christian School operates out of New Life Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Oregon. They offer a three-year-old class, two different four-year-old preschool classes, and a kindergarten class. Their new school laminator will be used for name plates, posters, displays, bulletin board materials, teaching materials, and much more.
