MyBinding.com Brings on Richard McNeal to Their Growing Marketing Team

MyBinding.com recently added experienced writer Richard McNeal to their marketing department.

HILLSBORO, OR, May 16, 2012 – MyBinding.com, one of the nation's leading Internet retailers of document finishing equipment and supplies, welcomes seasoned SEO writer Richard McNeal to their expanding staff.

McNeal comes to MyBinding.com with several years of writing experience. While in college at George Fox University, he at first intended to be an English major because of his passion for writing. However, after his studies took another direction, he interned in the Public Relations department. There he gathered media knowledge and wrote daily press releases.

"Working in the PR department offered more writing tasks that other internships would have," said McNeal. “Writing has always been both a passion and a strength for me."

After graduating from George Fox in 2006, McNeal worked a series of interesting temporary jobs before landing a permanent gig as a staff writer at Mad Fish SEO. At Mad Fish, McNeal was contracted out to various clients to maintain their blogs, improve their SEO strategies, embed keywords, and more. These same skills transfer to his new position at MyBinding.com. The difference at MyBinding is that McNeal will be working directly with the company as opposed to being a contract employee.

"I'm excited to write for a company that's actually selling the products," said McNeal when asked what drew him to the position. "Here I have first-hand interaction with what's going on."

At MyBinding.com, McNeal is part of a team of marketing professionals all working towards the same goals. He will be primarily responsible for writing new content for the MyBinding.com website, including articles, reviews, product descriptions, category descriptions, and many other tasks. His contributions are part of a valuable marketing campaign to ensure a high quality online experience for their customers and to drive traffic.

"We're really excited to have Rick on board," said Jeff McRitchie, VP of Marketing for MyBinding.com. "Having an experienced staff writer is very valuable to us, and I'm looking forward to working with Rick."
