MyBinding.com is Now Offering New Swingline Stack-and-Shred Paper Shredders from Acco Brands

Acco-Brands-bm-content-1MyBinding.com, a division of Information Management Services, is now distributing Swingline Stack-and-Shred paper shredding machines.

HILLSBORO, OR, February 15, 2012 - MyBinding.com, a growing Inc. 5000 company, brings unprecedented hands-free shredding to consumers with the addition of a line of Swingline Stack-and-Shred automatic paper shredders to their increasing inventory.

MyBinding.com enjoyed a banner year in 2011, with excellent sales and a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America. One thing that has been key to their success is the constant updating of their site to offer the freshest products available. This year they have partnered with Acco Brands to add a line of all-new automatic paper shredders, the Stack-and-Shred series by Swingline.

"We are really excited to offer the Stack-and-Shred machines," said Jeff McRitchie, Vice President of Marketing for MyBinding.com. "They are different from any other paper shredders we carry and offer a unique shredding experience."

Swingline first introduced a single Stack-and-Shred machine, the 100X. This device allowed users to load up to 100 sheets of 20lb paper into the feed and walk away, letting the shredder do the work. With the success of the 100X, Swingline decided to expand the Stack-and-Shred line, adding both larger and smaller models to accommodate a wide variety of consumers.

Swingline is a division of Acco Brands, who trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the name ABD. Like MyBinding.com, Acco Brands has also been having a great year, with an impressive increase in stocks over the last four months. Various well-known brands fall under the Acco Brands trade name, including GBC, Daytimer, Kensington, and Swingline.

Swingline has previously been successful with high-quality staplers and other smaller office items. With these new shredders, Swingline has jumped into the paper shredding industry full force. These devices offer easier, faster shredding that allows a user to load the hopper and walk away.

"The Stack-and-Shred machines are highly convenient to have in a busy office," said McRitchie. "It's more efficient to place a large stack of papers into the machine and let it do the work for you."

Each machine in the Swingline Stack-and-Shred line offers level three security for confidential shredding as well as a minimum of a one year manufacturer's warranty; higher level machines carry longer warranty coverage. A glance at their names - 60X, 80X, 100X, etc - will tell how many sheets the shredder can accept at once. Every shredder also has a manual bypass for infrequent shredding of thicker sheets and oversized documents and can accept staples, paper clips, and credit cards. The largest two models, the 250X and 500X, also include a convenient slot for shredding CDs.
